Frequently Asked Questions

VIEW ALL
Is this whole bean or ground?

Whole bean. Beans keep their aroma far longer than ground coffee, so grind just before you brew.

What is the difference between the Arabica and the Robusta?

Both are 100% single-type beans from Uganda at a medium roast. The Arabica is the smoother, more balanced cup; the Robusta is bolder and more intense, with more body and more caffeine.

What roast level is it?

Medium. It keeps the character of the bean while bringing out a rounded, roasted sweetness, which makes it a versatile choice for espresso and for filter.

How should I brew it?

Any way you like your coffee: espresso, pour-over, French press or filter. A good starting point is 15 g of coffee to 250 ml of water, then adjust stronger or weaker to taste.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep beans sealed, away from light and heat, and grind just before brewing. Whole beans hold their character far longer than pre-ground.
