Honeys of the World
Every origin we stock
Every jar is single-origin, so where it comes from is most of what it tastes like. Each origin has its own page: the place, the floral source, the harvest, and the honeys it produces.
- YemenSidr from the Do'an valley floor and the highland groves above it. Thick, dark, and slow off the spoon. 4 honeys
- PakistanBeri from the jujube orchards, and wild comb cut by hand from cliff caves. 1 honey
- New ZealandMonofloral Mānuka, graded by the methylglyoxal naturally present in each batch. 5 honeys
More origins are being sourced. An origin appears here once its honey is in stock.
