What is inside
A milk or white chocolate shell around a filling of kunafa (shredded, toasted kataifi pastry) folded through pistachio cream. The flavoured bars add their own layer to that base: lotus, raspberry, mango, mango passion, cheesecake or cotton candy.
Serving
Serve at room temperature. If the bar has been in the fridge, give it ten minutes before opening so the kunafa is crisp and the chocolate snaps rather than bends. Break it rather than cut it.

A chocolate bar with a thick filling of kunafa, the shredded, toasted kataifi pastry used in Middle Eastern desserts, bound with pistachio cream. The contrast is the point: a crisp, nutty, slightly savoury filling inside a smooth chocolate shell. Ours come in milk and white chocolate with eight fillings.
Which flavours are there?
Pistachio, crunchy pistachio, lotus, raspberry, mango, mango passion, cheesecake and cotton candy. Every one is built on the same kunafa and pistachio base. Each comes in 110g and 200g bars.
What are the allergens?
Pistachio in every bar, and milk in the chocolate. Kunafa is a wheat pastry, so it contains gluten. Bars may also contain traces of other nuts and soy. Check the label on the bar you are buying, and if you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering.
How should I store Dubai chocolate?
Cool and dry, ideally between 16 and 18°C, and sealed. The kunafa is at its crispest when it is kept away from moisture and heat; a warm room softens the chocolate, a damp one softens the filling. It does not need the fridge, but the fridge does no harm if the bar is wrapped.
